Homework really matters.
It should be fun and never a battle. If you find homework time challenging with your child please talk to your class teacher as soon as possible.
It is a chance for you to show your child that learning matters to you and your family and an opportunity to share the joy and wonder of learning new things.
Your class teacher will outline the learning for the half term under the class tab on the school website.

With just a little supervision you child can also learn using our home learning apps. These can be found on the APP page under home learning. Your child has login details for all these sites. They are bespoke to your child and the work is set by the class teacher.

Fuel Your Child's Interests and Passions
If your child becomes intrigued or excited about a particular part of their learning then 'Homework Takeaways' provide you with ideas and projects that can develop this further.
Class teachers develop these 'Takeaways' every half term to compliment the learning taking place in class. These can be found on each class page under the 'Classroom' Tab on the home page of this website.
