At Berrycoombe School, our two-year topic rolling curriculum provides a rich, creative, and coherent two‑year cycle that enables all children to develop curiosity, critical thinking, cultural awareness, and practical creativity. Through integrated themes linking History, Geography, Art, and Design & Technology, pupils will develop a depth of knowledge alongside essential skills, ensuring progression whether they join the school at any point in the cycle. The curriculum is structured in a two‑year cycle with each year of the cycle containing six broad thematic units per year. Each unit integrates either History or Geography as the driver subject, with Art and D&T strategically woven through.
